DUCK 2

You may have already noticed from this weeks posts that I was very fond of the little Duck that I met at the Botanic Gardens on Saturday, so I thought I would share a couple more pictures of it taken from my camera. I had a play on Photoshop & changed them to Black & White – which I love. Which one is your favourite?

Cardrona Hotel

This is Cardrona Hotel, it was built in 1863. You will find it in the valley on the Crown Range Road which connects Wanaka to Queenstown. It is a gorgeous historical building & you can imagine how it looks in winter all covered in snow! © The Little Leaf 2012

Shearers Quarters (3)

In Timaru, New Zealand we went to this gorgeous giftstore, cafe, farmyard & mini golf called The Shearers Quarters. Here are some of the farm animal photos I captured when we were there. I love the donkey with the horse sign & the cute little piglets. Which farm animal do you like the best?  

Skeleton Leaves (1)

When I was walking back to the car at Peel Forrest I noticed these skeleton leaves on the grass. It was weird – there was just 4 or 5 of them sitting on one spot of grass.
