This is the Banded Flutterer Dragonfly. I’m unsure if its a Male or Female as they both look the same. This Dragonfly is called the Yellow-striped Flutterer. It stood out to me more than the other Dragonflies at the Botanical Gardens as its body & wings were quite a bit bigger.
